Try not to be too hard on yourself MITA. These slips ups we have serve to strengthen us. All the horrible feelings you are feeling now will go into your toolkit to revisit everytime you feel like picking a drink up again.
I spent the Easter break in Melbourne with my mother. She is an incredibly toxic person so it wasn't the greatest holiday. Glad to be home.

The med is revolting....shrink failed to return my call...seeing GP Wednesday , gonna get it changed.

Hello gang.

Hope the medication thing gets squared away soon PJ. Very frustrating for you, I’m sure.

It’s definitely been a bit of work to stay sober these past 2 weeks, but I am making it “one day at a time”!

saw doc, off new anti-d, back on original...weeks to reach therapeutic effect
glad doing this sober..probably the toughest gig post burns

I started following this channel on Youtube ~ some relaxing videos....this one is cool because it transitions from daylight to sunset to nighttime

Wow thanks for sharing Purps that's so relaxing both watching and listening to it.
Good to hear you're feeling a little better PJ.
I hear you MITA. Before you know it you'll be stringing together sober months then sober years again.
