Suz- I'm just catching up on this week's episodes 😄 I need to get more done in my day! I mean I work, take care of my son and family, but I'm not driving so that limits alot of things. Springtime will be nice so I can work in the yard!

Good morning. Well, 1am here, but I took my bedtime medication at 4pm lol, just wanted the day to be over.

It's day 2. I'm through the alcohol withdrawal though, it wasnt so bad.

Yesterday was a total wash out, just too depressed to do much of anything. I'll try to do better today.

Just relaxing with some Pepsi max right now. Had a bad nightmare, not sure I'll get back to sleep.

My organs are hurting me. I think it's internal pain anyway. I'll see how the next few days go and make an appointment on Monday if there's no improvement. Bank Holiday today. (We get a bank holiday on the 17th and an extra one on the 18th as a reward for the country dealing with covid)

The Good thing is I don't want to drink. Some AV but I'm happy being sober right now.

Erratic- I'm good. Had a relaxing/lazy evening without hubby's negative crap whispering in my ear. One day at a time! Trying to not overthink stuff, huge stressor and trigger for me.

Just back from a 4km walk. Beautiful morning. Had a light breakfast, determined to shed some pounds.

Hello love....I actually had to put the air conditioning on for a bit yesterday. Hysterical. And I am a little bit sunburnt.

Hope you are having a great Friday s ❤️

I am going to review the exam shortly....and I will not be happy with it, no matter what.
I had to resist the urge to ask you the answer to a couple of questions.

So good to hear you sounding more positive dear FF s xx ❤️

Hi all,
Congratulations to everyone racking up sober time!
RAL, all that coughing sounds awful. Poor you.
Suze, you will do well I'm sure! Check twice, submit once, ha!
BTG, thinking of you. I had a horrible dream about being a mafia boss,s wife. Fabulous lifestyle but miserably abused. Escaped with a band of nuns. Must be the Irish in me. Don't mean to diminish your real life issues, but you have all our support here. The joy of sobriety is that we may better problem solve. Doesn't mean life isn't miserable at times, but I think we may see things more clearly and find a way through difficulties.
Love to all.

I didn't do that well. Around 78/79%. There are still bits that need to be marked by the teacher. But it is done.

Thank you so very much for your support guys ❤️
This is actually the first course of any kind I have completed since I got sober.
About time. And onward. ❤️

Seems a reasonable score to me, Suze. Is it sufficient to move to the next module?
