Good morning, haven't been checking in here as I joined a couple other groups and started counseling and TSM. Try to avoid ever binging again. Hope everyone on SR is doing well. I'm doing better and hope to change more and stop cravings.

Hi, Zeppo! Good to see you.

I am happy to announce I have finally perfected my chocolate chip cookie recipe- soft and gooey in the middle and crisp on the edges. It took countess hours of hard work (LOL- I loved every second) and made lots of new friends as I needed tasters!

Here for 24 more. Now I need to get the pound cake right..

I’m here for another 24 hours please and thank you.
I slept in this morning, thank goodness my alarm is set for 6.30, (my latest time to wake up) although I rarely need it as I usually wake up about 6. The alarm ring tone is U2’s “Beautiful Day” so that’s what I woke up to this morning
