Class of March 2013 Part 59
In the new place Duff and yes, surrounded with boxes. We've also realised we need a new carpet sooner than later in the living room, it's actually breaking into wee fibres where it's been damaged by the sun. So more upheaval before we get settled.
VERY slowly, it seems. Seeing my psycholady today, and my anxiety ramped up to feeling distressing nausea. That's anxity. Dunno why, I have been seeing this psyco(logist) for years. She agrees it'll be a good three months for the a/d med to be therapeutically effective.
Took bignose for a walk. She don't like RSPCA approved dryfood or the supposedly better, nutritious dog food. She likes sausages and milk.
Management has done a deal with a power company and are putting up solar panels...which'll pay themselves off, no cost to tennants. I am a tad suspicious. That's just me I suppose.

Roxy hurled herself at dogs waiting behind fnces. Lower back very sore (crushed vertebrae,as a child, not found out until last yr)....so small walks (about 90m) in different places. Pain always ramps up dep/anxiety....which sucks...at least I know what not to do....pic taken today..
The walking eases depression and anxiety. Roxy loves walking. She sleeps 10hours over night. I'm very careful to make sure she is ok. Breaking the 30km number was to push myself , but isn't a daily goal..
Doing ok. Lots of sewing/quilting making “mug rugs” for our annual holiday bazaar fund raiser. Planning next fabric collage. Trying to keep active. Arthritis is hitting hands (and has already whammed lower back). Aging is even less fun than I had expected but I try to stay occupied and enjoy the little things.
