That's heart-breaking - truly. I don't have children, and I almost can't imagine what it would be like to suddenly be caught up in a war with a family. Looks like there may be a ceasefire. Let's hope

Morning all. Hope everyone is good out there. Signing in for 24 at 11.24.

Another week. Not feeling great (physically) but feeling grateful - to be here, to be alive, which always means possibilities. Quite a busy day ahead but in the evening I've got regular meditation class which always leaves me feeling good.
