Good Morning Overs

Thanks for the new thread and all you do on SR, Dee

It’s frosty outside when I put the wheelie bin at the end of the drive. When we was driving to MIL’s yesterday there was a bush in a garden with a protective cover over it. Looked so cute!

Have a good day my friends. Be safe. xxxx

Thanks for the new thread Dee, I must admit it was strangely thrilling seeing two red lines on the LFT, I already assumed it as I was in close contact and had symptoms, so really I was waiting confirmation. I was just glad it was the milder variant. My brothers family (my nephew, niece, and grandchildren) are all testing positive one after another, stretching the quarantine times to frustrating lengths for them, mum has been in contact but so far still seems to be dodging it! Very random.

prayers to and for us all, COVID is quite almost literally the biggest thing to suck nowadays .
Bekind Victoian death rituals are great....Mary Shelley....wow
Iused to practice my death corpse/zombie look in the cemetry next to the Rectory, my dad was a priest- for market research before going to the Rocky Horror pic show when a teen. Saw it lots.

Thanks for the new thread, Dee.

Good morning! Two hours sleep last night again so I plan to get a nap in soon.

The Sassykitty I’ve had for the past 2-1/2 years has always been rather stand-off-ish but lately she has been happily curled up in my lap and snuggling :-)

Had my 8-week infusion yesterday. I am so fortunate to have very good insurance! I was looking through my medical claims and noticed they are now billing my insurance for about $12,500 for ONE infusion. Insurance cuts that down to $6,500 but that’s still unbelievable. I don’t know how people without good insurance manage - or rather, I do - I think they mostly do without and that must be truly miserable.

I’m headed back to bed, hopefully to sleep. Have a good day to all

Good morning all,

PJ, I want a picture of you the Goth Zombie wandering around the Cemetery. I finally read Frankenstein and it really was amazing. I was struck by how Mary Shelly understood the horror of life without human connection.

Today's plan take a shower, watch Ninja Turtles while doing some yoga, get the kids into a bathtub and pay the cleaner. Yeehaw and off we go!!

Good Morning Overs

Sassy pleased your infusions went well. I’ve my injections this morning but I may ask Mr. Mags to do them as this cold seems to be hanging around longer than I like! I don’t wanna be sneezing in the middle of injecting myself!

I just fancy some warming stew and dumplings. A bit early in the morning though. I’ve made do with porridge for now.

Have a good day my friends, be safe. Love to all. xxxx

Good morning.

Well kids are watching television and eating junk food . . . . sometimes my child care is more constructive than at other times . . . ah well.

I'm off to try again to pay my cleaner, do a few leg exercises, and write a check.

May y'all have a good day.

Good Afternoon Overs

The sun is shining after another icy morning.

I’ve stayed home while Mr. Mags has gone to his mum’s. I feel like some ‘me’ time.

Have a good day my friends, be safe. xxxx

Pouring snow here which is lovely even when I'm tired to winter.

I've taken a few days off exercise as I was so tired and sore but ready to start up again.

So today, I need to print off a bill and find a credit card charge - argh

Onward.

Hubby left yesterday for another 6 week stint in Egypt, this will be the last one. I go across in a couple of weeks for 12 days them will tag on a trip to my mum at the end of it. It's quiet here without him!

Bekind I've had an exercise-full week, so likely may take a day or two off, I'm feeling stiff and tired this morning! I've things to organise around the house, with some decorating to do.

Sounds like we are a comparatively less active group now that colder weather is here in the northern hemisphere (with all due respect to you, PJ). It’s 3 deg F here now and the wind is blowing hard. A good day to stay inside!

CK, adorable pic - and it captures the essence :-)

Bekind, I think that aunties are supposed to give their nieces and nephews some leeway with things like junk food

Mags, I hope you had some good me time!

Toots, sounds like you will have a nice mix of quiet time plus an interesting trip.

One of the things I didn’t anticipate with aging is how my perception of time has changed. I feel busy as usual but get much less done in a day. I used to wonder how people wouldn’t get bored doing very little all day - but now I get it. I’m also spending more time trying to remember things

Have a super Saturday, Overs
