Actually last night I had a "OMG I was almost drinking dream" but in the dream I didn't drink, decided not to. That's a win!

That's pretty impressive Samwitch. It seems like your subconscious is onboard with your conscious decision to quit drinking. Or maybe it doesn't work that way and I'm totally off, lol.

I very rarely remember my dreams but I used to when I was a kid. I also sleep walked. My Dad steered me back to bed a few times, once from outside. It is very interesting how our minds work.

The dream disturbed me so much until I actually posted about it in the January thread and realized Dream Me decided to have coffee instead, and suddenly I saw it in a completely different light.
Who knows about dreams, I do want to believe we can learn form them, but same as you said--I may be totally off!

Sleepwalking is so interesting--can you imagine being your dad and finding young you outside and still asleep? Wow.
