DQ realizing that how to banish the doubt really starts with knowing the difference between which you believe and that which you know!

DQ looking for good without being a fool.

DQ realizing all of the things you believe, all of your beliefs, are handed down to you throughout your life! They come from outside of you!

DQ realizing when you are born, then you go into a family, then you go to school, you go through religious experiences, and you have all of your friends……you’re constantly given a whole set of beliefs!

DQ realizing you can see the trauma in that! Young people are taught who they’re supposed to hate from things that happened hundreds of years before!
