Thanks for the new part, Dee.

Got my annual health insurance phone call out of the way yesterday afternoon. I have a great agent. She helps me sift thru the various ACA policies every year.

As of now, my colonoscopy is scheduled for 12:30PM on Monday. I wanted it done earlier in the day so I could eat again sooner. For a guy who enjoys his meals, going nearly 2 days without solid food is not a fun prospect! Oh well, maybe I'll lose a couple more pounds!

Have a Happy Hump-Day, overs!

You will definitely lose a couple more pounds FBL. It's an extreme diet plan to say the least.

Have a good day all!

Good morning, Overs!

i suspect I missed a day again. Had to go for my every 8-week infusion yesterday early so was focused on that. Mags, wish I could do mine at home, too! My brain can only do one thing at a time these days

FBL, yes, the prep isn’t fun. I now have to do it every 2 years. Last time I found an easier way - I started a day earlier than specified with eating very easily digestible foods. Easiest prep I ever did and no longer dread it.

Purps *hugs*

Have a Happy Hump Day to all

Good morning from a place silvered with a bit of snow. Also some clouds posing picturesquely against the mountains.

It actually isn't too cold out which is nice. I will try for a walk today. I already did 10 minutes of yoga. Also sorted a few (very few of neighbors papers).

So now to look up taking spray paint to landfill, make my bed and make a shopping list. Yeehaw and off I go.

Good Morning Overs

Thanks for the new part Dee!

Sassy, it’s a shame you can’t have your infusions at home. It would be more convenient for you. Don’t worry about missing days though, I’m just the same. I have a clock with the day and date on and it’s on my iPad too but I still forget the day.

My injections are due this morning. I was booked in to have my flu jab this afternoon but I’ve rescheduled it to next Tuesday. I thought best not have both on the same day.

Have a good Thursday my friends, be safe xxxx

Good morning Overs.
I took delivery of and setup another bird feeder pole. That makes 3.

Have a good day everyone.

Andy, I have three feeders up for the winter, plus I will hang suet cakes up to help out the overwintering bird population. The deer have figured out how to empty the sunflower seeds out of one feeder, even with a squirrel lock on it. The price of bird seed have jumped dramatically here recently, but I enjoy seeing my cardinals and blue jays, amongst others, all year long.

Have a good day all!

Good morning,

Happily I got a walk in with my guest's wild puppy and also shopped, took neighbors to therapy.

So today hopefully I will get rid of a table, put tools away, make a list for when I go to the city, clean the house and start getting ready to leave for thanksgiving.

Stay the course friends.

A belated good morning, Overs!

Mags, my infusion meds are available in Europe as injections to do at home but our FDA hasn’t approved them yet here

it’s milder today so I plan to take a nice walk after lunch.

PJ, is this your last class for all of art school?

Have a lovely day to all

Good morning Overs.
Great snowman Saskia.
SG, I buy my bird seed in 50lb bags direct from a farm that grows most of the seed. So far they haven't needed to increase prices. My favourite visitors are the Blue-tit-s (Cyanistes caeruleus)Blue-tit and European Robin (Erithacus rubecula) European Robin

Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning Overs

Sassy I hope it gets approved for your infusion to be a vaccine. Much more convenient for you. Love snowman! ❤️ There’s a lot of work gone into it.

I’ve got bird feeders out for our little feathery friends too. I’ve also got a squirrel feeder which is a little box with a lid that they come and take nuts from. They’re so clever.

Have a good FriYaY my friends, be safe xxxx

Good morning Overs!

The eclipse is happening over North America currently. Not sure if the view from Europe is good or not.

Have a good day all!

I saw that advertised Star. I don’t think we’re able to see it from Europe.

Good morning, Overs!

Mags, this one is called “Teeny Tiny Snowman” and is only 16” x20” so it’s a bit faster to make and easier to work with so perfect for me :-)

Have a lovely day to all
