Hi everyone 
Bobbi I love hearing your stories, about your boat cruises and Marc on the boat (so great to be sober on a cruise ship, I had always equated them with drinking. I’ve never actually been on a cruise myself, only heard stories from previous drinking friends). And your stories about bears!

James I’m glad you’re back with us. I’ve let relationships take priority over more important things too. Hindsight is such a good teacher, but it’s unfortunate that we don’t always have the same foresight. Today’s quote is perhaps quite timely

Thats my day 5 safely in the bag, 2120 in my part of the world. Worked late, made jacket potato with salad for my supper, packed lunch for work tomorrow and heading to bed fairly shortly.
The shaking and sweating is calming down a lot and my appetite is coming back, I really wish the phantom itching everywhere on my body would stop so I could maybe get some sleep, I think I’m on about 10 hours altogether over the last 3 nights. I guess it’s a price worth paying…
