Kenton, I hope your dog is okay.

I hope the power in New Orleans gets turned on sooner rather than later. I can’t imagine going six weeks without power. Especially in that heat and humidity.

I’m here for another 24 hours please and thank you.
I need to keep my focus on sobriety. The AV has been needling away at me the last couple of weeks. It’s been an emotional roller coaster. I’ve been really busy which has distracted me, but today I have a day off, and the thoughts will have time to swirl in my brain. I will have to push the AV thoughts away. I can’t keep busy all day every day so I will need to learn to deal with my emotions. Without being constantly insanely busy, and without drinking.

Willow honey.....I know you know this....but I am going through the same thing this week as you are. The anniversary of losing mum.
And also being separated from family and feeling all kinds of big pain. It is hard.
