Day 41. Worked at the food pantry this morning. Had about 200 clients which is below average. Had lots of food and plenty of volunteers. Feeling good, eating well, and sleeping good. AV bother is less.

Day 47. Doing well. Today I get released from the local health care provider following surgery six weeks ago. Am pretty much recovered and back to normal.
