Class of March 2016 Part 86
I remember Hash Brown! Oh yeah and Bandit too I love when they introduce each pup as they come out of the tunnel....and at the end where they show the pups with their new families....and everything in between....
back into study....a lot of academicy reading...gallery visits armed with millions of academicy questions...one with feminism theme, the other for a presentation in just over a week...I managed a 4 hour session, dozens of slides a narrative of thousands of words fighting a migraine aura...but I made it through . I felt uneasy being close up to twenty humans ...that is just me tho.
hope all are ok
hope all are ok
I get optical migraine as weII....I dim the Iights and sound, and try to get caIm, and they dissipate in around 20 minutes.
I know we are aII different, but maybe worth a try? s
I don't Iike being around 20 peopIe either. Just saying. ❤️

just lost a deep share
art lectures good
All I seem to feel is pain, sadness and exhaustion - perfect overthinking conditions
no thoughts of booze, the nightmares are bad enough
doing all I can- physio, gym, GP- bloods, pain management blahblah
I'll survive
support to all

PJ, I hope you have some special thing to plan and look forward to? - whatever that might look like for you, just an hour or a day or longer, to relax, to draw into yourself something that sustains you, some sound or sight that is restorative with no effort on your part.

I wish I had a duplicate post to delete. I have more of an issue with losing posts before I post them - maybe like what just happened with PJ? It happens much less now than it used to, though.
Bobbie, I appreciate the continued warm thoughts. It's been a bit of a struggle for sure - at times, harder than I could have imagined. I have a lot of support, which helps, but the quiet times alone with my thoughts are tricky. It's still early days.
Be good ...

psycho lady has got me rethinking the big picture....the last 5y has been all about recovery, burns, being so very focused- it defined me...as she pointed out, there is much more to me than that event and it's consequences...lots to unpack and change..

Hi Dee - I've seen that pop up as I type now. Please pass along my thanks to the folks that manage these things!!!
PJ, that 5 years sounds about right, huh? I've noticed a lot of things in my life seem to follow a 5 year cycle (roughly). I think it can take that long to get a real grasp on certain thought and behavior patterns. Maybe a lesson there for all of us!! Your psycho lady sounds great.

More mindful crap PJ....nice work! ("Psycho lady" LOL)
Guess what guys ~ I won a contest The rock n' roll animal rescue Motley Zoo in Washington state has two dogs that they were renaming, so for a small donation we could suggest a couples-themed idea, and my suggestion was picked! I named them after Duff McKagan from Guns N' Roses and his wife Susan.....plus they are near the same Seattle area so it hits close to home for all of them....and just in time for Valentines Day! I still can't believe it LOL
