Feb '13 was my originaI sobriety date/cIass.

And Feb 10 is my birthday. ❤️

And this is huge for me.....I aIways hated it as I was in Aus and I hate the heat....it was aIways around 40 CeIsius on my birthday. Miserable for me. Now I am in snow for my birthday. I am in heaven, reaIIy.

Doing okay Venus! Had a busy day with my grandson's first birthday, plus working on guardianship for my father-in-law with my hubby, and I work a night shift (11:00 PM to 7:15 AM) tomorrow night. So it's been busy doing paperwork, buying birthday gifts and just getting my ducks in a row. I know one thing though, this has all been so much easier being sober and not hung over. Having a Canada Dry Club soda right now, planning on a hot tub, and an episode of Yellowstone. Will try to sleep in as much as I can tomorrow as I'm not much of a napper to prepare for night shift.

day 2 and going to another meeting this morning and also opened my mood cards yesterday and again this morning, this is what it says today it also gives me instructions to do things x Baby steps still move me forward! yup like this one. have to draw a staircase and put a goal on what i want to acheive and work backwards to figure out the steps i need to get there. hmm thinking about what i want to do today, so may use that as my goal x anway just sharing x

End of day 3.. Feeling good, got a heap of things done that I wanted and I even went for a short run, was far too hot for anything but.
Had a horrible sleep last night, I kept falling asleep and then dreaming that I was still awake and then waking up realising I was sleeping, this happened all night, I even yelled out in my sleep waking myself up..so I'm hoping for a good sleep tonight.
I must say I do feel more emotional stable even after 3 days and more focused at work. It makes such a difference being tired from lack of sleep as opposed to being tired from drunken sleep.
Have a wonderful sleep/day everyone, catch yas in the AM..
