Morning all. Hope everyone is well.
Boxing day has always been my favourite day of Xmas. Great sport on; as a kid loads of stuff to play with; loads of nice food; and all the pressure of Xmas gone.
My family are all going for a nice walk this morning, agains the covid rules strictly but we'll keep our distance from each other. Then football and racing on the TV, eating and betting, but no drinking! (Addictions are funny - I love to gamble and have never ever had a problem with it, thank god).
Hope work is ok Billy, peace and love to all

Eaten too much again but did manage an 11 mile walk! The family met and we did 5miles but I set off and met them there, which was another six miles. About 3 1/2 hours worth so made me feel better
Need a proper days food soon, beginning to feel it. 😳

Did you have a good day yesterday Venus?
Oh I hear you love, and I read your posts.
So I know you feel that way and I totally agree with the whole physical = good mental health part. All the way.
But seriously, you should take up personal training as a second career....why not....you would love it and are probably fitter than most trainers.
I don't do Christmas love, it was just a Friday for me, and honestly, I made food all day and washed dishes all day and I am LOVING today where I have quiet and sunshine and the day to myself.

Congratulations Be! Fantastic place to be, you've done so well
Work was quite good over Christmas, not as busy as usual, but lacking the usual Christmas spirit, not sure whether that was the year of Covid induced or not. Either way largely uneventful and manageable and now three days off!
We are quite worried about our girl dog at present, she has been limping intermittently for a while and has an xray on NYE. Whilst it could be any number of things, one can't help jumping to the worst possible conclusion, but we are trying to be positive.
On good note, it is only 1430 here and having just got back from walking our boy dog I plan on putting my pyjamas on forthwith and relaxing.
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas
Love Billy x

So it looks like our boy dog has aspiration pneumonia from breathing in some vomit yesterday, his temperature is down from earlier but he will probably need transferring to a specialist veterinarian. Will find out his latest blood results soon.
It is such a worry
Luckily there is no chance of me drinking over this, I do not feel the urge and I know 100% that if I did it would not help me or the situation.
I just keep praying for my boy
