I have rested to the max today....all I am doing is our meals and dishes and stuff.....just a lazy Wednesday. :)

Two more days and I'll hit the three-week mark.

The battle is real, but I'm determined to come out on top. Seems like I'm going through a rough couple of days. Mid/late afternoon gets really dark for me. This is my favorite time of year and I have a black cloud following me around.

Went out to the tracks and seen a train, and then a high-rail maintenance truck coming on the way soon after. Maintenance guy had a black lab in the passenger seat... that's a first! Made me laugh a bit. Felt a little better after that.

Sign me up for another 24. Beats the alternative.

That is a tough time of day....that afternoon stretch, especially at this time of year and especially this year. I think.
Getting out for a few minutes and watching life happen is good.

Notch, three weeks was always a tough time for me. I’m sure we’re all different, but that was the point when I would convince myself that I obviously didn’t have a drinking problem since I could go three weeks without drinking. As a result I would relapse. Then every time I’d go back to drinking I’d drink more heavily than before.

Be strong. It gets better!
