Hey All,
Happy Election Day American friends!! It doesn't even really affect me but I will also be glad when it's over.
Well today is day 32 for me. Feeling pretty good about it currently but trying not to let my guard down. The addiction demon is a tricky and manipulative thing.

Actually I was not throwing paint around like a sprinkled..how insulting..I was, point of fact energetically flicking it. Much more intemerlectual and sofistimicated.

I took a 7 day hiatus from FB. I was afraid I might lose family over political arguments and decided it was better to step away for a bit. What a freaking mess we are in.

2 weeks of term left. 5 very big projects to do- and it is expensive. This lecturer gives us materials lists the week before- and are seldom covered in the preterm expense predictions. Example- one large piece of watercolour paper is $15.
It has been a choice of paying expensive physio- or art. Adds up to hundreds.
Art wins.
Stay away from election specials on tv peoples. Even our National broadcaster here is in 'what if...' and 'how will this effect?....' mode, where they have ANOTHER expert ('we spoke earlier to an expert- as they can spell USA').
Fear mongering at best.

Yeah. You guys are pretty popular right now, MITA. Looks like a state or two have to do recounts because it’s so close.

This is probably the hardest post I've had to make here. I relapsed. I came clean to my family and sponsor over the weekend. I've talked to my doctor. I just couldn't sit with this and not be honest.
So, day 1 for me. My sponsor and I are sitting down and coming up with a plan. I appreciate you guys.
