Good morning everyone! 8:08 here in Indiana. It's feeling more like fall. Temp isn't going to crack 60 today, farmers are starting to cut corn, trees starting to turn a little bit. I DO NOT like cold weather, but I'll admit, I like the cooler temps and no bugs that come with fall. Perfect for working outside...which I did a lot of this weekend.

I got my run in this morning even though I was sleeping like a log when my alarm went off. Looking forward to a good, productive, alcohol free week. In for 24.

Sorry I’ve not been around. I’ve been in hospital with depression, discharged last Thursday.

Friday my Uni aged son took an overdose. He regretted it within 30 minutes so a friend rushed him to A&E (think it’s ED in some other countries).

He’s physically fit but is under the Crisis Team. He discharged himself Sunday morning as he said he couldn’t cope with the noise (machines, snorers, shouters, being the youngest by about 40 years, boredom).

It’s difficult not being able to go and see him (Covid) but I’m hoping for a Zoom tonight.

It’s been a tough few days - thank heavens for online support!

Anyway, 24 more please.
