Good morning everyone! I love Bolt! First I've heard of him but Golden's are the best breed in my opinion. We just lost ours to cancer about 4 months ago. I'm sure we'll get another someday.
I really didn't want to run this morning, but I did and got it out of the way. Intervals suck...especially at 6 something in the morning. My body will thank me later. Today is going to be a good day, just have a feeling about that. I'm feeling fresh and energized. Checking in for 24. Make it a great one people!

Its a bit pointless to feel self pity. Doesn't make me more sober, richer, handsome or happier. Maybe time to dump self pity and think more about others, eh?

Sure, self-pity doesn't help. But sometimes we need to feel our way through it to get through it. s
I feel you....I have had a few bone tumors in my finger and it is deformed now and I was not happy about that for a while.
And I had no nail....but it grew back.
I was reading about how covid has exacerbated skin issues....not surprising....so for those of us with dermatitis and eczema, lots of itchy painful yucky skin. And I know mine is terrible....or was....it is better now.
I always have hope....always.
How could I not?
Two specialists told me I had bone cancer in 1995 and would not make it without amputating my finger.
I am still here and I have 10 fingers.
Miracles happen....for all of us, every single day. s ❤️
