Vo- I had a liver resection this time round. With my first diagnosis a couple of years back they did a bowel re-section and then I had the reversal after I was out of the woods. That’s not really an option any more as it’s the metastasis thats the problem.
This time the main concern is the liver so they’ve chopped out some nasties, and then they can look at doing SIRT Which I believe is radiation straight Into the liver.. they can do so much now.. I am so lucky to be sick now and not 20 years ago.
I’ve been told It will be life long treatment for me now but If I get extra time with my gorgeous boys I’m ok xx
Oh Nic honey, I'm thinking of you and sending you lots of love and virtual hugs!!

Trees,
When I was a teenager in the 70’s I read a book about a couple who had “lost” time. Their names are Barney & Betty Hill. I’m open to other life forms in the Universe, so who knows?? Time is also an open concept for me ..... All sorts of beliefs that others might scoff at ..

Anyway, just thought I’d bring them up, if you are interested you can Google.
Have you ever thought of keeping a Dream Diary (keep on your bed stand) to write in when you first awake? 🤔🤔

🙂 Bobbi

Today is the anniversary of my darling dad's death. It's also the day my youngest daughter starts big school (I really hope she's doing ok!!!) and I have just emailed my redrafted novel to the literary agent that expressed interest. It feels like a big day. I have lots of feelings.... anxiety for my daughter, sadness about all the things dad never got to see, excitement about my book.... overwhelmingly though, I feel grateful. So grateful to be sober to be able to feel what I feel and be here in this moment. No pushing any emotions away. No drowning them out. No denial of what I feel. I think that's what strength is. It's feeling the difficult feelings and staying with them. Observing them when they arrive. Watching them when they leave. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxxx

I had my mum's anniversary a few days ago.....it is all kinds of emotional huh? s

You are a wonderful miracle dear kent....as in watching you make your life the place you wanted it to be has been just incredible.
So so happy for you.

I hope your daughter has a great first day and I hope the literary agent loves your novel!
Sending love and hugs. s xx ❤️
