24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 494
Oh, Kenton dear one, you are only human; you are such a good mother; forgive yourself.
Your experience reminds me of a story from decades ago when my son was just about to turn three years old. It was a Saturday morning and I was making breakfast. My son was very being very quiet upstairs. as our home was very child-proofed which dangerous items stored high and well out of reach, I wasn’t concerned. When I called to him, he responded that he was just playing.
When breakfast was ready, he came downstairs and asked if I had “any more of those missiles so he and his buddy, Brian, could play with them”. “Missiles? Missiles??? What missililes?”, I asked. I couldn’t imagine what he was talking about. “The ones in the bathroom!”, he innocently replied.
The Dawn of Horror was upon me as I ran upstairs to find the remnants of boxes and boxes of feminine protection strewn throughout every room. There had been a sale and I had stocked up, as every good munitions agent should
My son was devastated when I told him that there were no remaining Missiles to share with his friends.

Ha ha ha ha ha!!! Leigh, that is brilliant!! Made me chuckle so much, my kids paused the movie we're watching and asked me what I'm laughing about. I'm not telling them. Not giving them any ideas! Thank you for the giggle. Hope you're feeling better today xxxx
Hey folks, quick check in. Still very much sober, very tired but ok. I’d like another 24 please, and some quality sleep.. Got Saturday and Sunday off work and I plan on doing very little..

I’m here and happily sober on a Friday night. It’s cloudy as Tropical Storm Hanna is approaching. I like it because it has been incredibly hot, dry and sunny for weeks now. And, we share a name! Not much trouble for us as we’re pretty far inland...but I did get a few extra things. Clouds and rain and wind sound very restful to me.
Off work on Monday. 🤠
24 please
