I'm here and present for 24 hours of clean time and sobriety at 0620

SR tab open

I Have a ride to the VA today....finally a Dr. appt in person.
Slept well
pick up some groceries
warm and humid
Recovery focused
Went through a list from childhood to the present of people I "had" resented and asked my HP to bless them. Some major stuff some minor but all in the past and of no use to me today. I also covered 99% of these people in working the 12 steps years ago.
