Good morning, everyone. Count me in for another sober day!
It’s a peaceful morning here. I’m currently drinking a cup of coffee and watching my bird feeders. I’ve had four different varieties of woodpeckers show up so far. Life’s good.

24 more please. Very tired this morning. But I’ve been getting over 10k steps in. Still working from home. Trying to work on a project that is like trying to wind back a ball of yarn that some cats unwound. Any who congratulations to everyone celebrating milestones today!!!

Thanks for the new thread Dee!
My son now has 112 supporters for his Lego design! Thank you so much Wisc, Suze, Mags, Trees, Purps, Bobbi (and Mark!), CK, Charon and Tgirl and everyone else who supported him. He had 2 months to get 100 supporters and with your help, he smashed that goal in 2 days!! He now progresses to the next stage .... where he has to get 1000 supporters in the next 400 days! Bit of a challenge but who doesn't love a challenge, eh? If anyone wants to support him, please let me know. I'm going to contact the local newspaper to see if they will run an article and drum up local support and I'm also thinking about contacting Gordon Ramsay to see if he'll support it. The theme of my son's lego project is Bad Restaurants and Gordon Ramsay has visited tons of bad restaurants so maybe he will support it. I'll never know unless I try....
Hope everyone is doing ok. I had an awful experience this morning with my mother which I was going to write about but now that I'm here, I realise I can't actually be bothered to replay the whole sorry event again in my mind. I'd rather think about positive things. I reckon that's progress. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxx

Hey folks, nice to read through all your posts after a long day, helps get me grounded again..
Kenton, what did I miss about supporting your son? Must have skipped a few pages 😐
Just need to check in for another 24 hours please, I have an early start (5am) in the morning, around 250 mile round trip and a days work to do in between travelling, gonna be a long one and it’s not even Friday...
Had a good day at work today, practised my tractor / trailer reversing skills with some big new trailers around the yard, glad to say that I didn’t scratch anything or crash into anything either 😂
My packed lunch is ready for tomorrow, I’ve eaten, showered and jumped into bed. Hopefully I’ll read for a little while and sleep will find me, not been getting much this last few days and I really need to catch up a bit...
Its very quiet here in my neck of the woods tonight, I live between Derby and Nottingham and it’s unusually quiet here tonight but I’m enjoying it.
Going to put the day to rest now but I’m very grateful to be going to bed sober and feeling pretty ok..
Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and trusting the journey, there’s work to do here but I’m learning...
