CW, so true! Life does get easier when we let go of stuff that doesn’t concern us
I hope everyone is keeping well. Snoozy, Bob (hows Toby?), Leshar, Croutie, Pete, Suze, PJ, Dee, Wolfie. And all Julyers.
No excitement in my life but that’s just how I like it. Calm and steady. I’m so much nicer than the loud, rowdy boozy woman, that was once me.

Agree, Mags. I love not feeling like “omg my head is going to explode”, type feelings. Those moments are rare now.
I saw a clip randomly from dear Russell Brand last night and he was talking a bit more intimately about his addictions and how he handles things. And he said, I know right now if I drank or took drugs it would be like handing the keys of the car to a maniac. And he said, would you do that? Would you hand the keys of your car to a maniac?
And I thought it’s such a good take on it.

I just messaged with Wendy. She spent the night in hospital with a bad cough, sore throat and fever. She’s back home now after having a Covid test. She’s not had the results yet. She’s not feeling well at all.
