I hope you guys don't mind but I'm going to indulge in a little proud parent moment.... because I don't get too many proud parent moments so when they come along, I grab them with both hands! My 13 year old son has designed and built an original Lego project that has today been published on the Lego ideas website. If his project can get 100 supporters in the next 60 days, it will progress to the next stage. Ultimate stage is it becoming a proper lego set! If you like lego and/or want to make a young lego-lover's day, please pm me and I will give you the details. I will explain how you can support his idea. So far, he's got 18 supporters so doing well.... but any support from you lovely guys would be most appreciated! I have never been this excited about Lego!! After a 15 hour drive my son Adam and I made it to Vancouver! The time change puts me an hour later with my posts, but I’ll get here as quick as I can! We drove through a considerable amount of rain but I took a couple of pics through the dry spells when Adam was behind the wheel. We were right up there in the clouds and snow capped mountains!

Wow! Abcowboy, those photos are incredible! Look at that sky!! And those trees! I want to go to Vancouver. One day.... And a 15 hour drive?? Full respect to you and Adam. My family and I can barely cope with a 90 minute drive to the coast!! We barely get on the motorway before the 'Are we nearly there yet?' chorus starts! Hope you both have a fantastic time xxx
