0848 CDT A gorgeous morning to request a 24 hour block of recovery. Thank you very much.

Nothing on the docket today. That's alright.

Finally spied a red-tail hawk. My favorite bird. Always fun watching the flycatchers...approachable but territorial towards other birds.

Eating a healthy breakfast of pears, oranges, nut date mixture. Thinking of having a hotdog or breakfast sandwich

Back to being shaky. Makes it hard to type.

The world and history are full of mysteries but I stay out of conversations about prophesizing, esp., conspiracies, .Nostradamus to Area 51. It has never been healthy for me and I can't process it right. Besides guilt and shame, paranoia is a feeling that makes me sick. I know people want to make idle chat about what they watched, but I've told them what I think.

Great day to live clean and sober.

Disappointed. Extremely difficult to type. esp. whole body tremors.

I'm so grateful to each of you for sharing your journey. I need to "see" this as much as I can. 24 more hours - I'll be wrapping up day 7, a full week. Woo!

Wisc I am sorry you're dealing with some tremors and shakiness. I'm not a doctor so I have no sage advice, but I will say seeing a red tail hawk sound pretty dang cool. Hope you are able to enjoy those special little moments.

Wishing you all a wonderful day, glad to read so much gratitude here. Would like to make that my intention today.

My body calmed down a lot. Eating a breakfast and a brunch helped enormously. A bit of extra meds. helped a lot. Trying to avoid a nap and get a 2nd wind. It is pleasant out, hot but a constant breeze. Living sober 1109
