24 for me please. Battling anxiety and joint pain today. I will take better care and make sure to take breaks, drink water and tea, stretch and exercise frequently tomorrow. I can’t let myself get into fear so much that I work without breaks. After months of that I’m struggling. I’ll start with some peace this evening...so very happy to be sober.

Congratulations to everyone for being here today, be it day 1 or years worth of just-for-todays strung together one day at a time. I admire and respect every one of you.
I'm here to make my commitment to another 24 sober hours at 6.30am on day 6. Would you look at that, almost a week in the bag. Who'd have thought it?

Morning everyone. I'm checking in for another 24 please.
I am so relieved I managed to get some sleep. Still dehydrated, sore and tired but sober and on day 2, That's all I am concentrating on, today. Hope you are all okay. Love and prayers and just so much gratitude. Gabe xxx
