Hey folks, making myself accountable for the next 24 hours of sobriety.
Day 5 of my latest journey draws to a close and I’m struggling a bit but ok.
grateful for another day without a drink, the food I’ve just eaten, the book I’m about to read as I climb into bed.
Early start at 5 am tomorrow but I’m grateful for the job I have to go to.

neighbours are partying and drinking next door in the garden which isn’t doing wonders for my mental wellbeing but I’m going to shut the window and try to ignore the clinking bottles and laughter...

Hope everyone is doing ok tonight, wherever you may be, and thank you for being there...
