Good morning everyone. I'm dedicating my 40th day sober and the next 24 hours to our dog Cider that we unexpectedly had to put down this morning. She would walk or eat, took her to the vet and found out she had internal bleeding and a mass on her liver. She was a great dog and was there for my family during many of the days where I wasn't because of my drinking. We'll miss her!

I'm so sorry Noam. My dog was unwell recently and it was devastating. Our pets bring us so much joy and it's just horrendous when they become ill and leave us. I'm sending you and your family so much love xx
Reid, think I mentioned to you on another thread that my dad was born in Tralee and I've spent many wonderful times in Kerry. I look forward to visiting my family there once the world shifts back into normal. Good to see you here - this is my favourite SR place.
Thinking about cutting my sons' hair. Being an all or nothing kind of a person, my attempt at hair cutting will probably be totally awesome or an unmitigated disaster. I never do anything in moderation... Maybe I should leave it for now..... it's true that their hair is starting to grow over their ears but at least they both still have ears. Yeah, I think I'll leave it for now. If we're still in lockdown in July, I'll revisit it then.

My squirrel knocked over some new plants this morning at which time the bunny decided that little hydrangeas are extremely tasty. :fright: :)
