Yesterday the Zoom meeting I've been attending twice daily since the end of March was hacked. The porn and language was so bad they had to shut the meeting down. These meetings have been a lifeline for me. Maybe, I've become too dependent on them. Not sure what they're going to do moving forward. Wishing everyone a wonderful day.

Getting ready for work, determined that I’ll go into today with honesty and humility. I will receive rather than transmit.
When I find myself uncertain, as I often do, I’ll pause for a second and ask for guidance.
Nice to wake up without the shakes and watch the sun rise with my morning coffee while the birds sing.

11pm here and just wanted to say good night for me. I was able to be productive today for my job and got another 2mile walk in at sunset...which was needed because my anxiety is high. Thankful to go to bed sober. See you tomorrow

The Zoom meetings will continue as usual. We do have a password and there are settings the moderator can use to kick a hacker off. The moderator, that day, wasn't familiar with all the settings...that has been resolved. I'm really grateful for the Zoom meetings.
