Lol I lost a day there!
I really thought tomorrow was Friday 😂
It still feels like Thursday even though now I know it’s not.
Now the week seems even longer. I’m getting cabin fever. I didn’t go out for a walk today, maybe that’s why. The only time I went outside was to feed the chooks and I even forgot to collect the eggs now that I think about it!
I’ll definitely have to get outside more tomorrow....

Good morning y’all from Texas. Rainy morning so I feel like just laying on the couch. One thing I could never do while drinking was take a nap. Now, naps seems to come pretty easy around mid afternoon. So now I just plan my lunch break around that.
BE, how was your therapist visit? I might have to consider that once we are sone with these stay at home orders.
Willow, I am jealous that you get fresh eggs! That must be so awesome.
Hi Tink, how are you doing today? What grade is you son in that you home school?

Hi Bilr and everyone. Yes, therapy is an interesting experience. I'm finding it very useful. We're looking at my underlying patterns and behaviours, and where they come from. It's fun for me to unlock stuff whilst also being extremely confronting. I am of the firm opinion that we're all very damaged, but embracing that and saying 'That's ok' is really cool.
Just about to watch a film with the kids before they go to bed. I'm sun burned again today!
(Oh Bilr, I managed 1.6 mile run today, I hope to get to 3 miles a day and I'll be happy with that. No injuries to report )

Yeah, I have to go really steady to avoid over use injury. As a young man I'd run forever and my head thinks I can still do that...but my knees really are bad so few miles and off concrete are key factors.
Film was lion king 2 and it was really bad. My 11 year old realised it was dire so it must have been bad! But I've really connected with him today, we've always been close but being full present and having fun with him has been really nice. (Playing a dice game I 'accidentally' threw the dice in his drink of water, he thought that was hilarious 😂
