Night Be yes it is a bit strange, but it seems a lot better by going advanced. It’s Friday morning here and I have to go out for a while as I have a couple of essential appointments. So I am being allowed to escape from lockdown for a while. Meanwhile, all the native wildlife are loving the lack of humans and cars around. The kangaroos and wallabies are happily munching lawns

<div><br></div><div>No Roos here just the occasional armadillo and bobcat. &nbsp;I did almost step on a snake when out running on a trail last night. &nbsp;I do have to watch out because there are rattlesnakes here, and big ones. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I ran 4 miles this morning so that is out of the way. &nbsp;One thing I noticed is that my need for naps has gone away. &nbsp;Now if could only sleep a solid 8 hours at night!</div>

Had a good day, ran a couple of miles and did some work on the garden. Going to go to bed in a minute as I didn't sleep so well
