Well, sleep refuses to happen but then I expected that.
2:20am in the U.K. and pledging for 24.
Tempted to start vacuuming. Yes my living room is above the bedroom of the woman in the flat below but she did have her music blaring from around 6pm to 11:30pm-ish.

Venuscat, Tgirl, the nursing homes here are not able to protect its patients from the virus. There have been instances where just about every patient in their home have been infected, including the caregivers. In other homes caregivers have walked off the job, and there is just about no caregiver left in the home. Many have died, and many will die, so that's why I say if you have someone in a nursing home, get them out. As soon as the virus gets into a home, everyone will get infected.
Checking in for 24.
Checking in for 24.
Thanks abc for another good quote! Kudos for celebrating a whole day by yourself according to MsV’s records, which makes me a bit envious! Then again, she’s my fellow milestoner too

10:10 pm in CA checking in for another 24. Today was the first day after spring break, it was the first official day of online learning, we had some tech glitches that we will work through before planning the next two weeks. I am definitely lesrninf patience in this process, it’s all new.
I need to go back and read to see if we have any updates on Wisc. Sending lots of love to everyone.

Thanks for the new thread, Dee.
More prayers and hope and love for Wisc xx
My dog had another seizure yesterday evening. My husband and I were definitely less freaked out this time and we were able to administer the medication the vet gave us after his last seizure. My dog seemed to come out of this seizure better than last time ..... So I think the medication helped.....although he was disorientated and clumsy for a few hours afterwards..... And so hungry. I was terrified in case he had another seizure during the night because we didn't have any more medication but we managed to find an emergency vet that had some in stock which we were able to collect. Fortunately my dog has got through the night with no further episodes so I'm just waiting for our vet to open at 9am and will then call them for advice. We were hoping the first seizure three weeks ago was a one-off but that clearly isn't the case. Not sure how vet visits will work now we're in strict lockdown but I guess I'm about to learn.
Hope everyone is ok. Lots of love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxx

Whopper - gosh the situation sounds terrible, I don’t know if that’s happening here, although we have different challenges to deal with.
Another one please

Hi Kenton,
I’m sorry about your dog, that’s scary, I’m glad you had the medicine. I’m not sure about there, but here vets are considered essential workers, so I think you should be okay.
California’s governor is working with the governors of Washington and Oregon on plans to reopen the state, he is supposed to release that tomorrow. I’m not sure what exactly it will look like, but I’m assuming it will be incremental and many precautions will stay in place.
My daughter got me sucked into watching Dexter with her on Netflix. I’ve already watched the series, but watched many episodes of season two tonight. We have one episode left, and I convinced her to shut it off and watch it tomorrow night .
I am trying to fall asleep, but cannot seem to do that now, need to try to relax and not worry about things. Shows about serial killers don’t worry me, but the current state of the world does.
Thinking about Wisc, and wishing we could check in to see how he’s doing.
