well done on 3 months Coz and for giving up the dreaded weed! I stopped smoking back in my late 20's and never regretted it.
Charon, sounds like a smashing tea, we had chicken salad and creme Catalan for dessert!

lovely photos Coz, how close were you able to get to the lizard? We get tiny little ones here in Spain in the house, but bigger ones outside, but they move so fast when they know they've been spotted!

Toots - the lace monitor was not overly concerned by me. I was probably closer than 2 metres from him when I took the photo. Check out his forked tongue:
FK - hold onto your hat and stay safe. Summer rain is lovely, but not nasty storms.

Coz - Yep. It's full of heat and, though not all that healthy, is a definite taste treat - if you like spicy, hot food. Yesterday we paddled the Hudson River below the Spier Falls power dam. Also, great pictures.
It's going to rain all day today, which we desperately need. I was too tired after paddling to cook yesterday so today I'll do my spicy dinner. Mrs is making a blueberry cake with brown sugar and strusel topping to try out the recipe. I get to be the guniea pig for the experiment. It will make a nice desert after all the hot food. Other than that, I'm taking the day off to read, relax and nap.
