Happy birthday Erfra!
It's Mother's Day here so happy Mother's Day to all the mums! My children are still asleep except my youngest son who has bought me the best present ever. A Jurassic Park mug!! And he made me a cup of tea in it.... Seriously, best present ever.
My youngest daughter and I set up a reiki/meditation corner of the living room yesterday. It's really lovely and I will be visiting that corner of the living room a lot during the next few months. I did my first yoga class on zoom yesterday which worked really well and I'm so impressed with my children's schools. They are emailing work and have set deadlines for the children to complete work by. This is particularly good for the older kids who are going to be far more difficult to deal with at home school. The school has made it clear that if children don't complete the work by the set deadlines, they will be attending after school catch up sessions when the schools reopen. Genius.
Keep thinking that if this was a film, all the action would be focussed on the sick people and the nurses and doctors working flat out in busy hospitals. If I was watching this film, I'd want to be away from the action... in a home somewhere... healthy, safe and isolated from harm. And that's where I am. And if all I have to do to play my part is to stay where I am, well... I reckon I've got a really easy part to play. Prayers for all those on the front line in this. And so much gratitude.
Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xx

A big warm bump to all Mom's celebrating today. Probably not ideal but I hope you're feeling appreciated with a big raincheck in the (near) future to be properly pampered.
Nice numbers to our weekend milestoners! Keep it up everyone.
24 please.
