Up and down emotionally today. I know it's to be expected but it's a pain in the backside

And I subscribe to that theory....keep pushing forward no matter what....if we hide under the doona, it doesn't help. Not ever. Rally impressed with your strength every day. xx

Sending you a big hug Be
As Suze said, we need to feel our emotions, even when they’re painful. I think we drank them away for so long, so now we’re learning to deal with them sober, and it can ne really hard and painful at times. I also find crying can be a real release so sometimes I feel a little better are a good cry.
Congratulations on 5 weeks! That’s really fantastic

Well done on 18 days Tink I’ve been struggling with anxiety too. Sometimes it’s worse than others...

I think Freedom’s idea of just sitting with the breath is a good one. I haven’t been doing that much lately, thanks for the reminder

For me at some point I need to let more people know about my problem. I think this will take a little more weight off my shoulders and will help built a support network.
Watching New Kids On the Block now! Then the Backstreet Boys!

Hi everyone hope you are all doing well.

Day 19 for me, i went shopping yesterday a very unpleasant experience at the moment makes me so nervous !! But the thought of buying alcohol barely crossed my mind, and i won't go to shops for at least another week so that good.
