well yesterday I join a home group on Saturdays 10 am mornings, hope I can bring some positiviness to the group. after 3 years with out it.
I being isolating too long, and depress to, lonely far to long with a lot of suicide
thoughts evil thinking but I'm glad that alcohol and drugs never cross my mind
accepting my reality and being grateful for what I have help me to keep going.

Aarrggh came down sick and broke my 5 months of posting. Oh well. It was all insurance.
Same old upper respiratory crud....weekend sucked but doing much better.
Reached out for help got some liquids and pepto....go to pharmacy today.

1New, I didn't mean it adds time only that it adds more daylight in the evenings by setting the clock ahead an hour. Mornings are darker (sorry Venus!) but the days feel longer. I personally like it but would also be fine if the concept went away.
Anyway another 24 please regardless of the time!
