One Year & Over Part 73
SE - OMG!!!! Nightmare. I suppose it's a good sign that she has some degree of control over it? I hope for your sake that Baby K masters the potty soon. I have every confidence in her
I noticed yesterday that #DryCovid was trending on twitter and although there was quite a bit of opposition to the idea, there are clearly lots of people out there who are using lockdown as an opportunity to get sober and want to connect with others who are doing the same.
Have a lovely day everyone, I'm off to do some work and then to get my steps in.

Purps, yep, I’m in for coffee, cute pic.
SuperSophie,, sounds like a good plan for starting sobriety!
Take care and keep safe my friends. xxxx

Hi Overs
Thx for chuckling along with me at my parenting ups and downs. Today was a MUCH better day.
Baby K took a.nap, and took her pants off again, but momma was one step ahead and put her into a top that snaps at the crotch, and her diaper stayed on. Yay!!!
It was the first time I think I’ve ever been thrilled to change a dirty diaper. (Ha ha).
I’ve also been living on the edge with a regular cup of coffee instead of decaf that I have been doing for 9 months mmm mmm yum
Finally, we got the genetic testing results back and we have 5 genetically normal embryos!!!! This means 80-90% likelihood that we will get a sibling for K. Now the hurdle is aging out for insurance, not biology, which I can handle. so happy I can share some good news with you all during a tough period

Good morning all Drycovid sounds like an excellent idea, I already see so many posts and comments elsewhere, where people are overindulging through boredom.
Have a safe Saturday everyone

What wonderful news about your embryos SE I'm delighted for you.
Stargazer have a good day at work, you are doing a brilliant job.
I'm really trying to make my groceries last and I have my meal plan on the fridge. I will need to get stuff in a few days but tonight I get to make risotto, my favourite.
Lots of love everyone. Have a superb day

Hi Overs
SE, fantastic news on your embryos....And on changing baby K’s nappy too!
Purps.....Noooooooo! Really? Mr. Mags said people will be calling their babies after the virus, I pooh-poohed it! It’s like calling them Worldwar1 and Worldwar2.
SG hope all is well at work and the face mask does it’s job.
SuperSophie enjoy your risotto. We’re having indian chicken curry, my favourite.
Have a safe weekend my friends and take care. xxxx

Hi everyone -
mmmm. sounds like everyone is enjoying yummy dinners tonight Last night I made a banana chicken curry - Caribbean style - to use up bananas that baby K decided she would stop eating this week. It was surprisingly good!
SG - good luck today. I hope the adjustment to the mask isn’t too trying.
Hubby went to Costco today and waited 2 hours in line to get in. He said people weren’t wearing their masks right too. (Doh!)
Today baby K figured out that she could move the dining room chairs anywhere and climb on them to be able to get into anything she wants. (Uh oh). She has been in the home too long and needs an adventure
those poor twins...hopefully they don’t get teased growing up bc no one their age will remember this time.
