Good morning! 0550 with a simple request of 1 24 hour block of sobriety....no thrills or spills...even store brand is ok.
Have a ride arranged with Salvation Army to see the dietitian at VA Appleton. Need to talk about menus/plans/diet/meds...the whole gamut.

Oh Delilah-I had shingles on my eyelid and in my eye last January. It was awful. They first thought I was allergic to some cut flowers because I had just arranged them and they thought I brushed my hand to my eye. When it got worse is when they tested me for it. I hope they prescribed some valtrex to help with the swelling and stinging.
lots and lots and lots to do today. Hosting a dinner that of course has a bar. Trying to delegate the bar set up to a marketing intern. Hoping today is mostly stress free.

Sorry about the shingles (and phone) Delilah. I had shingles and it's not a whole lotta fun for a few days. I didn't realize you can also expose someone to chicken pox when you have this so a good reason to lay low while it runs it's course.
