Wow, Kenton, that sounds so wonderful and rewarding! I definitely have my fingers crossed for you! And Wisc, Venuscat I hope you are both on the mend.
Yesterday I spent all day with a glue gun helping my kindergartener and preschooler make valentines boxes. One wanted Pete the cat and the other wanted an alligator, based off of a cajun french book about Claude the gator. She named it her “Claude Box.” Im going to find a way to post the pics when we are done today. They turned out great!
I need to go to the gym today or I’m out of the 8 week challenge to win the cash prize. Husband told me to go but do not pick up any weights. Just do body weighted exercise because the coaches are not experts. I agree with him, I’m still so sore and I don’t want to hurt myself in week one.

Good Morning and Happy Sober Sunday,
Hope everyone has been having a great weekend. I decided after 30 years I needed a new tool box. Man did that just open up a can of worms, Saturday morning we were able to pull 2 cars in the garage, I’ll be lucky if I’ll be able to pull my wife car in the garage tonight. Today I’m great full for so many things, a few years ago I probably wouldn’t have spent the $$ on a tool box because it would mean cutting into my beer $$. That’s all my rambling for today, thank you for being here and helping this great full Alcoholic stay sober. With that said count me in for another 24 hr’s

good start to today...need to lay down been up since 0300...already made cream of chicken soup, cooked 2 Chx breasts, tortilla chips and salsa....right now it's just eat whatever....no sugar. It really helps my mind not being hungry. Wards off urges part of HALT

Wisc, wow up at 3 am and cooking. I think I've mentioned my son goes to school in Madison but I don't think getting quite the snow you are in your part of the state. Silver Spring is close and I didn't realize you had some Washingtonian in you.
