Monday went pretty well. Got a lot of maths done. Heading to bed now. Hopefully get a decent night's sleep. House to myself for a few days. But I think I can be trusted with that. Someone has to be here and sober to feed the cat. Looking forward to counselling on Wednesday. Hopefully have a Linear Algebra book arriving by Friday so that'll be cool.

I’m feeling better about the trip. Worst case scenario is that I have trouble sleeping for a few nights. But walking college campuses should help wear me out. And imagining walking campus tours hung over is not appealing in the least. So I’m focusing on the day and hand and not getting ahead of myself.

My loved ones really know how to make me feel
special!! My 50th is on Thursday. Today I got flowers from my high school bestie who lives across the country. My mom and stepdad sent me a portrait of my favorite pictures of my daughter and our dog who we lost to cancer last August. In the portrait, daughter is 4 years old, and our dog is 4 months old. It’s absolutely precious. And finally we’re staying at my brother and SIL’s house the first two night of our trip…they’re getting a yummy cake!
I’ve been sort of ho hum about my birthday as just another day. But today my heart is full.

Happy early birthday CH!
Morning all. Had a pretty rough drinking dream. One where I blacked out and wasn't sure if I went to my frenemy's home to confront him. Good to wake up sober on day 5.
It's 330am but I can't get back to sleep. About to have some coffee. My parents are going on holiday today and in thrilled for them. They're going to see Edinburgh. My dad has been mad to see Scotland since he overcame his fear of flying to attend my cousin's wedding.
I'm going to be on my best behaviour The troponin in my blood has me freaked out anyway. AA today at lunch since I seen to be over my cold.
