Thanks, Kaily. It actually gets easier the longer I stay AF. I keep a dry house, don't hang in bars, don't hang with drunks, and don't buy it. So, I guess it all falls into place. Physically, I feel a hell of a lot better, too.
I've been bored lately and very blah. It's not the quarantine thing either. It's just something I'm going through I guess. My profession is healthcare (don't wish to delve too much more there) and it's been tough. Stress is silent and builds at times. I have hobbies and they don't involve drinking, but I've just been meh about everything. No drinking thoughts, but maybe I'm in my head too much. Hope everyone else is doing good. I'm good too, just blah like I said.
Well done for what you do in healthcare Jimmy. Difficult at the best of times I'm sure.
Yes I feel blah too. I live alone so spend much to much time in my own head. I walk my dog everyday 6 or 7 miles. Suffering from a bit of insomnia as well, it's currently 3.50 am and I have been awake an hour already.
Take care and hopefully the blah will pass.

Our thread is a little quiet at times, but honestly I enjoy coming here to see how you all are doing. Myself...I'm good after a little mini vacation last week with 4 days camping. I've been busy lately and did forget to check in. Like Rd2 said, I have gotten used to being sober. But I still keep at it like Kaily said and really try to check in as much as possible, even if it's just reading, podcasts, or here at SR.
