My sweet Ken has been wearing heart monitors since Monday. His doctor says 2 weeks. He’s been having a fast heartbeat. But, so far it’s all fine. He’s smoked since he was 15 ..... and has quit quite a few times in our 33 years together. Just never for any real length of time. And, of course, I so want him to quit. But, we all know that story. I just am so thankful I never started.
Keep us posted, but I really do think you are “good”. You work out, walk, watch your diet. But, ya know I’ll be sending healthy vibes & love to you anyway my dear friend!

I’ve had two cardiac ablations because the electrical system of my heart has had a few places that were causing high heart rates and I take a medicine daily to lower my heart rate and increase my blood pressure.
The good thing is I never smoked, don’t drink, and I do exercise and eat healthy, so lifestyle habits aren’t an issue.
I hope they figure out what’s going on with Ken. When does he go back in?
