Good morning March Friends!!

Typical Saturday here - Startin' Fluid and a little local TV.

I'll check out that app, Bobbie. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just using my MS Word program - which is working fine to start, and I already know how to use it

I'm doing pretty good lately - my AV still makes regular appearances, but it's mostly predictable. Starts around 4pm, peaks in the 5pm - 6pm range, and is usually done by 7pm.

Enjoy the weekend, the Super Bowl, the Puppy Bowl or whatever you like!!

Good morning everyone.

Should be another very nice day here - so I'm making plans to get outside for a while before the big game starts! Similar goings on as yesterday and the last few days, really - some of that AV action and some low-level unspecified anxiety. These have been the reason for re-starting the journal. I'm spending a little more time here on SR and catching a few more podcasts as well. I made it to the gym yesterday, which is always good. Chinese takeout for dinner was a nice treat, too.

Feeling like I can keep my head on straight through all of this - some days are just a little more work than others.

Cheers dude! Hey I meant to reply to your earlier post- I dont think the AV keeps regular hours, more dependant on various stimulus wouldnt it?

That said, after being exhausted all day here I'm now quite awake. Because my right ear is burning. I'm coming to a conclusion that means the subjective heirarchies are talking about me! Not to me, because I wouldnt really listen to them.

I was saying in the other thread- dont need any help w/ spiritual stuff. Actually, I could do with a little regarding the intellectual side of the spiritual (if that makes sense) because I will certainly never understand it. Just would like to know more about it.

As for a meet up... All roads lead to Mohill... In this country anyway.

Havent ye heard that yet?! () -NAWT!

The AV can make an appearance at any time, for sure, but I seem to get more of that desire to drink around my old, usual drinking time - which on most days was post-work, so around 5:30pm. I'm not sure if that's typical.

I hope you can make it to the U.S. sometime.

Super Bowl is done - I thought it was a good game. I stayed home and watched it pretty much by myself. DW, is not a football fan, but she sticks her head in to check the score from time-to-time. I'm happy to be sober after a busy weekend.

All worn out from too much Puppy Bowl excitement yesterday....better than any hangover though!

I enjoyed their version of the "Kitty Halftime Show" with "Cat-ira" and "Jenni-purr Lopez" ~ my face still hurts from laughing
