Thank you, Bobbieka - greetings to you also.

Live webcam from La Plata, MO, with frequent passing trains, 'tis indeed a bit snowy at the moment:

Maybe I could say something like this...

OH. YOU AGAIN. LITTLE MISS (namebadge!)

SO: Do you remember the other day, when you gave me a wrong direction!?

WELL; guess what? Now I am looking for another direction...

I am looking for the direction... To your....

.... Maternal instinct compartment...

(The heart guys, it's the heart. Keep it clean now )

Eta: Hi Carame! Who doesnt like snow in fairness? Occasionally, anyway.

Long time ago a friend of mine suggested to write your name/number down, walk up to the person, throw the paper on the floor, pick it up and say "I think you dropped this" ~ I never tried it but always thought that was kinda cute

Hmmmm.... Interestesting! It is kinda cute, that's a good one..

And you're a brat btw (how did u even think of that? I wonder)

Not exactly sure if I will be doing that one, I better sleep on it.

Here's my next best idea, anyway:

I can put that playing on my phone, follow her around the shop, and see what happens...

Totally rosemantic! Yeah on second thought's, maybe venus had it right the first time.

'Hi I'm (spaced)... And your name is? (namey)... (and they lived happily everlastingafter)

Internets: 'the only place a spacegoat can go enjoy himself without predjudice'- -kinda

It's some funked-up stuff guy's. One thing at a time, I guess so anyway. 3 cheers though

Goodnight y'all

I’m sure just using your charm will be enough.

Cheers, Bbk

A-la 'This charming man'

(in a way)

Ah ! A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things

He knows. so much. about. these. things...

That's enough of the messing for now. Today is photo day.

I've had the morning to myself -that's always a good thing.

Have some nice clothes, even if they are not fresh & clean.

I don't have anymore appointments 'round here after that.

Can only be a good thing. Have been living in exile too long

Have a good day (and night) everyone

thanks

Hey guys! Have a great day.

If you could add some extra prayers for Nathan, I'd appreciate it. He's really struggling right now.

Yeah, Spacegoat, that's my son.

Thanks everyone for the prayers.

He called me Wednesday asking for help. He will be moving in with us until he gets into rehab. From there he needs to go to a sober living facility and go that route. We just can't keep making it easy for him. I feel like I am being played though. I think he is about to get kicked out of his dad's again for stealing from him and started playing on my sympathies before his dad has found out. It's so hard to trust him and his motives.

Regardless, 2 weeks or so at our house in the middle of nowhere can't hurt him. He has no access to the readily available drugs near his dad's, we live too far away and he no longer can drive.

We'll get through this.

Have a great day everyone!

Feeling terrible about your situation Bobbie. I can't imagine having one of my kids going through what Nathan is going through. I remember, quite some time ago, Carrol O'Connor (Archie Bunker) doing public service announcements regarding drug addiction. His son got caught up in this huge mess too. You could see the pain and anger on his face and hear it in his voice. He wasn't just acting.

Prayers for you and Nathan.

So, I've decided I'm going to re-start my journaling efforts. But this time I'm going to do it electronically!! First off, my penmanship has deteriorated so much over the past many years that's is practically illegible. Also, I like just being able to cut and paste. The permalink option is nice too. If I save it out to the cloud, I can take it with me wherever I go!!

I'm sure pretty much everyone who does this journaling thing has been doing it this way for a while. Sometimes I feel like such a luddite

Be good ...

Jokes aside, both are pretty good I'm sure
