Be123, first thing is to stop beating yourself up. I know it's hard, Lord knows I know it's hard. This is a frickin demoralizing monster we deal with. Day 2 again for me. Last time I made it til the end of summer then broke my ankle, needed surgery, and started drinking again out of boredom. Hope to make it a full year this time. Never stopped working out but hope to really bring up the intensity this year and hit some more goals.

Last year was pretty crap for me and I wasn't even drinking for much of it. I'm really hoping I've finally learnt my lesson.
