Ah I was about to post 'well done Snooz! you worked out how to post photos without cannibalising the size of the page'...and now we know the truth of it.

Intermittent rain here- Kangaroo Island is still struggling with fires- hoping it helps - the rain.

I kept trying to post on my phone and it kept inserting as a quote, all ralphies pics, lol.

i had his big eyes staring all at me! Bless him. He may be a handful, but he’s cute!

hi Croutie! Good to see you, again I now crave croutons! Ha!

keep focusing on you enjoying time with your hubby. Kids create their own lives (and dramas) and life is about how we figure out our own probs. My ex mother in law said the same when she just visited, that she was glad to leave and get away from her sons problems.

i agree. I am also using the same philosophy with my kids.

boundaries and letting go!

Cute cat, Wendy!

Hi gang,

My daughter goes back to college(last semester) in a week.
It was really nice to have her home since Dec. 20th.
We had an usually warm day here. Temps more like spring time.
Just watching some playoff football. My team (Patriots) is not in it anymore.
Hope everybody has a nice night/Day.

Hiya Julyers

Bob, good to see you.

We’ve got Storm Brendan arriving today, so won’t be going far, hope all in uk won’t be affected by it.

I’m under the weather at the minute (just for a change!) I caught a cold which in turn starts the asthma playing up. I’m hoping it will be gone for this Thursday though. I start asthma injections after many tests to see if it’s severe enough to need them. So yaay that I’ll be having the new treatment but boohoo that I got asthma in the first place. Lol.

Have a good day, love to all. xx

I had a really awful note put in my letter box from a neighbour telling me to keep my cats inside as they have seen them 3 times this week ???
They didnt sign it but it was full of !!!!!!! And undelines.

Im actually feeling really depressed about it. Ive kept the cats l9cked inside all day and they are going stir crazy.

Why do people have to be so hateful,.

We always laugh because our cats always come inside to use their litter trays.
Im scared they will hurt them . Pretty sure its next door who cut down my wisteria. Threw it all back over our fence .

Im a really friendly person. If you come and have a chat, ill sort it out. Now im just feeling so much hatred in the pit of my tummy and dont know how to handle it. I dont like confrontation. Now i feel sad & this is the sort of stuff that used to trigger me to drink.

I dont feel like doing that though.

Sigh xxx

oh Snoozy. They’re horrible putting a nasty note through your door.

Not everyone loves our furry babies like we do but there’s absolutely no need for notes through door. They don’t sound like reasonable people.

for now you should avoid contacting them. Being angry may make you say things you may regret.

remember to breathe. Breathe out the hate. Breathe in calm.

take care love and try to forget about the letter for now. Deal with it when you’re calmer. Also keep hold of it.

Don’t let them ruin your day or get into your mind love. xxxx

I'm sorry you've been subjected to that Snooz.
There seems a lot of people today not raised the way we were.

Snooz that must feel so intrusive, Cats seem to cause issues because people do have beliefs about their property and yours.

i can see both sides, but know that feeling of icky interactions with neighbours. Not nice.

These people are actually my age Dee. Some are younger in our court, but they are all a bunch of pissheads. Im really wanting to move

I agree Crois, i can see both sides but my cats are NEVER out at night. They have their own room with litter trays etc that get changed every day, toys, cats towers, fan.

They need to have some fresh air during the day. They are 99% in my own back yard with me and the chooks. The back door is always open so they come in and out in that time. I let them out about 11 and bring them in about 3. Most of them work anyhow ? so im assuming its the knob jockey from next door. Why not a simple knock on the door instead of a nasty note.

Im doing as you said Mags ....breatheeeee lol.

Well....im trying too lol

Anyhow

Im always considerate.... so they can

Night all :-)

Xxx

Gives them a sense of power, Snooze. Only you have control over how it makes you feel, not them.

Yep, breathe!

Very true.

I let it go. Went for a long drive in the hills today with Mum and Dad .

Had nice bakery pies and pasties for lunch.
Then a nice surprise Kafie & her partner Bianca came over this afternoon .
It was really lovely. Had so many laughs , now im tired and having a squiz through SR .

I just need to switch off and do something instead of pondering. It works.

Family is everything. Neighbours are nobodies .

Life is good.

Bob, i bet you and your wife are missing your daughter now she has gone back.
But how lovely that you all spend time together on her breaks.
.how is Toby going these days xx

Well after such a lovely day, im feeling really tired so i might actually go to sleep early gor once.

Long country drives are so relaxing . I love driving, i hate being a passenger lol.
Hope you all have a great weekend everyine xxx

It should be pointed out here that Snooz was born on that particular date so as to inconvenience me next week.

Morning Julyers

Snoozy, I’m happy you’re not acting on your neighbours childish behaviour.....and that you’re remembering to breathe. It comes in handy sometimes.

Well our Storm Brendan amounted to nothing much, in these parts anyway.

I had my injections on Thursday, they gave me four of them, this will be repeated every four weeks. After a few month’s I may be able to administer them myself, they’re user friendly. Though I’m quite happy to go there every month if not.

Have a good weekend, I hope everyone has a peaceful and good one. xx
