Yesterday was hard. Very hard but, I got through it. I ate my way through it. Today’s a new day and, I’m definitely in for another sober day.

I hope we all made it through yesterday sober and, we all have a sober day today. Life’s better sober!

I will stay sober for the next 24.

As magical as Christmas Eve was at my son's house, it didn't last. Nothing awful, just suffering some flashbacks from when I was married to his dad. Like walking on eggshells. I'm sure he was craving a drink but I thought I raised him better than to be so rude to people.
Or not. There's a ton of stuff to discuss with my therapist 😵.

So, here's to Day 8. Nice to have a week under my belt.
