DQ when my Christmas morning and day was wonderful but at the same time feeling restless, discontented, tired later on even though I've been getting sleep! Then knowing I need to go for a late afternoon walk/ jog but more than half of me thinking I really don't want to do that cause I'm in a slump in my chair and unmotivated to do that!

But the less than 50% of me got up and did that cause I know that's what I need to clear my mind and do my body good! On came the sweat shirt and Winter jacket and out the door I went for a 2 mile brisk walk/jog and then some dinner! Feel recharged and much better now!
