DQ wearing the world like a loose garment!

DQ with we may not be the man or woman that we want to be! But thank God we’re not the man or woman that we used to be!

DQ trying to guess who this person is who didn’t quit: family forced out of home, had to work to support them—-then his mother died—he failed in business—ran for state legislature and lost—wanted to go to law school but couldn’t get in—borrowed money from a friend to begin a business and at end of year he was bankrupt—spent next 17 years paying off debt—was engaged to be married and his sweetheart died—had a total nervous breakdown and was in bed for 6 months—sought to become speaker of state legislature and was defeated—sought to become elector and was defeated—ran for Congress and lost—sought job of land officer in his home state and rejected—ran for senate and lost—sought vice presidential nomination and got less than 100 votes—ran for US senate again and lost—and the answer is—Abraham Lincoln!!!
